Dallas, Texas (June 1, 2007) – Coach Academy Texas is pleased to announce Peggy Dean as Principal NLP Faculty.  In this role, she will oversee the integration of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) into the Coach Academy Texas curriculum for both the certification and continuing education programs.  She will join Lynn Banis, PhD, MCC, and Travis Twomey, MPA, MCC, in leading the training in the 2007-2008 programs. 

Dean is an accomplished coach and consultant who helps organizations optimize performance and maximize human effectiveness.  She is recognized for producing unprecedented results in productivity, profitability, and teamwork.  She is the founder of Peak Performance Corp. which provides coaching, consulting and training services for private and publicly-held organizations, from multi-billion dollar enterprises to small business owners. Dean’s prior corporate experience includes executive roles in public relations and communications with Spiro & Associates, Mercantile Bank, and Recognition Equipment. 

Dean has a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.  She holds the highest level of NLP certification as a Master Trainer, apprenticed with the co-developers of NLP Richard Bandler and John Grinder for six years, and trained with leading NLP experts including Leslie Cameron Bandler, Judith DeLozier, Robert Dilts, and Todd Epstein.  She has taught numerous NLP certification programs and NLP coaching workshops.  Dean has served on committees of the International Association for NLP (IANLP) as well as helping to organize and then lead the Business Organization Applications branch of the organization.  She has traveled globally, speaks fluent Spanish, and is the author of articles on human performance.
