| Flexing Your NLP Strategy Muscles | Presenter: Peggy Dean |
| Call for More Information: 973-733-9963
Description: Every person has a unique set of strategies that they are probably not fully aware of that underlie their behaviors. “Strategies” describe the process people use to do anything. For example, even though you may not know it, you have a strategy for getting out of bed in the morning or deciding what you will eat for lunch. More general strategies are used for more general behaviors. For example, you will have a strategy for organizing your physical space or for feeling truly loved. As a coach, if you can help your client discover their strategies and then either a) use them if they are effective, or b) change them if they are not effective, you will be far more productive in helping your client grow. You will be introduced to Strategies in Coaching Intensive III. This elective provides more intensive and focused learning and development of your skills in this area. The most relevant strategies in coaching are Motivation and Decision Making. You will have an opportunity to learn how to elicit those strategies and practice using them in coaching exercises. - Know how to use clients’ motivation and decision making strategies to enhance their success in achieving their outcomes

Law of Attraction for Coaches | Presenter: Anisa Aven |
| Call for More Information: 973-733-9963
Description: There is new interest in "Law of Attraction", an ancient philosophy that a person's thoughts (conscious and unconscious), emotions, and beliefs cause a change in the physical world that attracts positive or negative experiences. “The Secret”, a film released in 2006, popularized the Law of Attraction (LOA). Some proponents of the more modern version of the Law of Attraction claim that it has roots in Quantum Physics—“thoughts have an energy that attracts like energy. In order to effectively channel this energy, proponents state that people must practice four things: - Know what one desires and ask the Universe for it.
- Focus one's thought upon the thing desired with great feeling such as enthusiasm or gratitude.
- Feel and behave as if the object of one's desire is already acquired.”
- Be open to receiving it.
For more than 10 years, Anisa Aven has had a successful coaching practice that integrates LOA principles. In this class, Anisa will explain more about the concepts of the Law of Attraction and also share her insights and expertise with you to add another powerful dimension to your coaching toolkit. Learning Objectives: - Understand the principles of Law of Attraction
- Learn how to incorporate LOA into coaching situations
- Acquire a new capability to enhance your own life and achieve your personal goals

- Learn a structure for successfully delivering a group coaching session
