Dallas, Texas (May 1, 2007) – Coach Academy Texas recently announced the addition of continuing education classes to its curriculum.  The first session, NLP Coaching Basics, was conducted on April 27, 2007.   The unique continuing education program offers certified coaches and HR professionals an opportunity to learn more about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how it can be incorporated into expert coaching, communication, and management challenges.

Coach Academy Texas’ programs represent the cutting edge in coach training by incorporating the science of NLP with the expert coaching practices embodied by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching competencies.
  
The program is structured in four tiers which can be taken one segment at a time.  This offers flexibility for individuals to choose the number of training hours they need and the depth of learning they prefer.  Each session qualifies for twelve hours of continuing education.  With Coach Academy Texas’ continuing education program, an individual can earn up to forty-eight (48) hours of continuing education credit while learning powerful new tools and techniques.  This program is attractive for certified professionals who need continuing education, especially ICF credentialed coaches (PCCs and MCCs) who are required to obtain forty (40) hours of credit every three years and certified HR professionals (PHRs and SPHRs) who are required to obtain sixty (60) hours of recertification training over a three-year period.
