Peggy Dean, MBA, Certified NLP Master Trainer Principal NLP Faculty Founder, Peak Performance Corp. Peggy Dean is an accomplished coach and consultant who helps organizations optimize performance and maximize human effectiveness. She is recognized for producing unprecedented results in productivity, profitability, and teamwork. Whether she is coaching, training, or speaking, Peggy is known for “straight talk”. Her depth of knowledge, quiet confidence, and deep belief in people’s abilities makes her an invaluable guide in the journey of business life. Peggy’s corporate experience includes executive roles in public relations and communications with Spiro & Associates, Mercantile Bank, and Recognition Equipment. She holds NLP certification as a Master Trainer, apprenticed with the co-developers of NLP Richard Bandler and John Grinder, and served on various committees of the International Association for NLP (IANLP). She has traveled globally, speaks fluent Spanish, and is the author of articles on human performance. Lynn Banis has devoted over thirty years to the development of human and organizational potential. She is recognized for her clarity of thought, ability to ask deep questions, and business acumen. Whether Lynn is working with individuals or groups, she has been instrumental in guiding them through complex, often difficult situations. In addition to executive coaching and performance consulting, Lynn is a talented instructional designer, researcher, and teleseminar leader. Along with founding Banis Consulting, Lynn is a partner in Truleaderu™, a corporate training organization, and was previously a Senior Manager, Performance Consulting with Arthur Andersen. She holds a PhD in Urban Services with a cognate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MS in Counseling, and an MS in Administration and is a graduate of Corporate Coach U. Pat White is a recognized expert in developing individuals and teams to consistently achieve exceptional results. She is nationally known as a “coaches’ coach”. Her many years of managing in the corporate arena, building her own business, and working with individual clients provides her deep knowledge, powerful intuition, and diverse approaches for the development of leaders and entrepreneurs.
Pat is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). She is also certified in multiple assessments including MBTI, DISC, and Hogan. Certified as a Mentor Coach and in NLP, she works with new and experienced coaches in building their skills and businesses. Pat holds an MA in Organizational Development from Norwich University and a BA from Montclair State University. She has also completed advanced studies at Columbia University and the New School for Social Research.
